Your scope of responsibilities

• management and development of the sales department
• building and implementation of sales strategy
• acquiring new clients and developing relationships with current investors
• conducting commercial negotiations and finalizing contracts
• advising clients on selecting solutions and the FutureMod offer
• monitoring the market and competitor activities
• cooperation with the design and production department to ensure the highest quality of customer service
• achieving set sales targets and reporting results

Our requirements

• sales experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
• experience in managing a sales team
• ability to conduct negotiations and build long-term client relationships
• highly developed communication and organizational skills
• independence, responsibility, and a goal-oriented attitude
• driving license category B

Nice to have

• knowledge of the timber frame construction market
