Manager:in Finanzen & Controlling (m/w/d) for sustainable Communications Agency

For this, we are looking for you as a central point of contact in the area of Finanzen & Controlling.

The position can be filled – depending on your wishes – part-time or full-time and is preferably located at our site in Bonn. Also possible is an activity at our Berlin location.

Aufgaben

• Financial planning, liquidity management and business evaluations for the agency
• Preparation of forecasts and business analyses as a basis for strategic decisions and sparring partner:in in financial matters for the management board
• Preliminary preparation of monthly financial accounting with DATEV Unternehmen Online
• Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of annual financial statements in close cooperation with our tax consultant
• Responsibility for salary payments as well as recurring financial or administrative personnel processes
• Support for project leaders in budget planning, calculation and ongoing cost control, processing and settlement of funding projects
• Responsibility for the continuous development of our financial and controlling processes

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting or tax consulting
• A commercial education, business studies or comparable qualification
• Pleasure in analyzing numbers and deriving action recommendations from them
• Self-contained, structured and meticulous working style
• Familiarity with Office and ideally DATEV or similar accounting software
• Eagerness to take responsibility and develop processes actively
• Communication strength and the ability to convey financial connections in a comprehensible manner
• Desirable are experiences with an ERP agency software like Moco
