As Manager:in Finance & Controlling (m/w/d), you will understand your role as a sparring partner for management and a bridge between numbers and operational decisions.

Aufgaben

Your Responsibility

As Manager:in Finance & Controlling (m/w/d),

• You will be the interface between operational accounting and our management.
• You will ensure current numbers in our planning tool and work closely with our COO.
• You will have responsibility for recurring reports, forecasts, and plans.
• You will work closely with our accounting and sales as a basis for analyses and reporting.
• You will create recurring annual budget planning and the corresponding controlling structures.
• You will support in preparing documents for investor processes.

Your Tasks

• BUILDING AND DEVELOPING A RECURRING ANNUAL BUDGET PLANNING AND THE CORRESPONDING CONTROLLING STRUCTURES
• Preliminary preparation of documents for investor processes

Qualifikation

You bring with you

• 2–4 years of experience in the field of Finance, Controlling or FP&A
• Experience in building or developing reporting and planning structures (liquidity plan, annual financial plan, budget plan, business case calculation)
• Very good Excel skills (ideally with first-hand experience with reporting tools)
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles
• Safe handling and application of Datev
