This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development manager/Team manager who thrives on business development and is ready to make their mark. You’ll have the chance to build a desk from scratch, shape its direction, and be backed by a strong national brand with proven success across mining, civil, and construction recruitment.

What You’ll Do
- Drive business development to establish ETA’s healthcare client base.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement.
- Develop new clients to provide tailored workforce solutions and deliver a high level of service.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Work closely with ETA leadership to develop strategy and direction for this new desk.

- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (agency).
- Someone with network connections within the industry
- Strong business development capability and confidence in B2B sales.
- Ability to identify and grow new client relationships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilience, drive, and a passion for delivering results.
- Someone motivated by the opportunity to create and grow a desk from scratch.
