Key Responsibilities: Partner division leaders to understand manpower needs and provide HR solutions. Support recruitment activities including engagement, outreach, interviews, and onboarding. Handle day-to-day employee queries and support employee relations matters. Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organisational goals. Support HR projects and process reviews as required.
