Manager Zonal Sales - MM, SM, BH, AR, SJ

We are looking for a sales professional who is energetic and result-oriented to contribute actively to the development of TRIPLAST's client portfolio. The role requires frequent travel, direct interaction with clients, and close collaboration with internal teams in a dynamic and technical environment.

Selection criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction/installation field.
• Availability for travel in the Western zone, as well as nationally, depending on client locations.
• Preferrable residence in the allocated area.
• Knowledge of the market for building materials and installations is an advantage.
• Higher education, preferably with a technical profile.
• Good communication, negotiation, adaptation, and client-oriented skills.
• A flexible, sociable person with a results-oriented mindset.

Job description

• Developing the client portfolio and expanding the distribution network through active visits in the field.
• Active participation in updating and expanding the database of clients and potential clients.
• Monitoring commercial operations, tracking payments, and respecting contractual conditions.
• Closely collaborating with Technical, Economic, and Administrative departments.
• Preparing weekly/monthly activity reports on interactions with clients, negotiations, payment situations, and income.
• Negotiating contracts within the limits of the mandate granted by company leadership.
• Proposing competitive solutions to increase the client portfolio.
• Promoting the company's image and informing clients about TRIPLAST's product portfolio.
