Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring the implementation of the store concept and TEDi processes in allocated branches;
• Scheduling periodic financial reports; analyzing and verifying permanent indicators;
• Leading and conducting inventory management;
• Recruiting, training, leading, motivating, and continuously developing personnel;
• Respecting company legislation, norms, and regulations;
• Providing constant support to store managers in the coordinated area;
• Auditing/verifying branch activities;

Ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economic/commercial fields;
• Professional experience in the retail sector is mandatory;
• Leadership and result-oriented skills;
• Knowledge of German and/or English constitutes an advantage;
• Holding a category B driving license;
• Availability for predominantly outdoor activities;
