Manager - VOIP Role

Job Overview: We are looking for a VoIP SME with ISP/Telecom network expertise to design, implement and manage end to end VoIP services for enterprise customers. This role involves configuring Juniper PE to CE connectivity, optimizing SIP call flows, provisioning Nokia switches and deploying SBC configuration. Responsibilities: Design, provision, activate and support end to end VoIP services (SIP & TDM) across core voice networks and interconnect platforms. Configure and validate voice routing, manage and troubleshoot VoIP infrastructure, ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Requirements: Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, and RTP. Experience with Juniper Networks, Nokia, SBC, and other related technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
