Manager - Vigilance (Investigation)

Objective This is a supervisory position that involves managing day to day operations of Vigilance, conduct investigations, oversight of teams work, monitoring of regulatory compliances, maintaining various repositories, trackers, MIS etc. Key Responsibilities Assists and supports the HOD Vigilance in the development of strategies and processes for activities under Vigilance. Investigation and inquiry: Lead and oversee investigations into frauds, financial irregularities, and other misconduct often involving complex analysis and interpretation of data, evidence, and information. Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions. Ensure that all investigations are conducted in a fair, impartial, and transparent manner. Develop and maintain various repositories, trackers, MIS etc. to monitor and track the progress of investigations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include timely completion of investigations, quality of investigation reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintains confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to investigations. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. Strong understanding of regulatory compliances and laws relevant to Vigilance. Experience in conducting investigations, preferably in the financial services sector. Certification in investigation techniques or related field is desirable.
