SALES MANAGER (MV) - VASLUI

Individual employment contract for an indefinite period, working hours 8 hours/day

Main Responsibilities:

• organizes, leads, controls, and is responsible for the current activity of the Vaslui Agency in accordance with internal regulations and current legislation;

• responsible for the sales results of the coordinated area;

• recruitment, selection, monitoring, and team motivation;

• training (continuous preparation), coaching, team evaluation;

• setting objectives for the coordinated area;

• knowledge of the local market.

Requirements:

• university studies;

• ISF certifications and attestations, according to the special law regarding the field of activity;

• experience in leadership/sales team coordination positions: minimum 3 years;

• minimum 3 years of experience in insurance is an advantage;

• ability to plan, organize, coordinate, delegate, and control;

• interpersonal communication skills, solid management and leadership knowledge and skills;

• results-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit;

• strategic thinking, analytical and synthesis skills;

• decision-making aptitude and responsibility;

• ability to build successful teams, teamwork skills, aptitude for working with people;

• ability to set and evaluate objectives (KPI and/or performance/development indicators);

• PC operation: good knowledge of the MS Office package;

• integrity and ethics;

• positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance, ambition, and optimism;

• driver's license category B is an advantage.
