MANAGER VANZARI (MV) - VASLUI

Individual employment contract for an indefinite period, working hours 8 hours/day

Main responsibilities:

• organize, lead, control and respond to the current activity of the Vaslui Agency in accordance with internal regulations and applicable legislation;

• responsible for the sales results of the coordinated area;

• recruitment, selection, monitoring and motivation of the team;

• training (permanent preparation), coaching, evaluation of the team;

• setting objectives for the coordinated area;

• knowledge of the local market.

Requirements:

• higher education;

• certifications and licenses ISF, in accordance with special legislation governing the field of activity;

• experience in leadership/coordinating sales teams: minimum 3 years;

• experience in insurance for at least 3 years is an advantage;

• ability to plan, organize, coordinate, delegate and control;

• solid communication skills and leadership abilities;

• orientation towards results and entrepreneurial spirit;

• strategic thinking, ability to analyze and synthesize;

• ability to take decisions and assume responsibilities;

• ability to build successful teams, teamwork skills, ability to work with people;

• ability to set and evaluate objectives (KPIs and/or performance/development indicators);

• PC operation: good knowledge of the MS Office package;

• integrity and ethics;

• positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance, ambition and optimism;

• driver's license category B is an advantage.
