Individual employment contract for an indefinite period, working hours 8 hours/day

Main Responsibilities:

• organize, plan, monitor the achievement of objectives set and related to the sales channel through insurance brokers; 
• identify and develop new partnerships with insurance brokers; 
• identify, develop, and implement actions to dynamize the portfolio of insurance managed by insurance brokers; 
• organize, lead, control, and respond to current activity according to the specific organizational structure coordinated, internal regulations, and applicable legislation;
• responsible for sales results in the area coordinated;
• recruitment, selection, monitoring, and motivation of coordinators' employees; 
• training (permanent preparation), coaching, evaluation team; 
• setting objectives for the coordinated area;
• knowledge of local market.

Requirements:

• higher education;
• ISF certifications and attestations, according to special law regarding the field of activity;
• experience in leadership/coordinating sales team: minimum 3 years;
• experience in collaboration with insurance brokers represents an advantage;
• experience in insurance for at least 3 years represents an advantage;
• capacity for planning, organizing, coordinating, delegating, and controlling;
• solid communication skills and leadership abilities; 
• orientation towards results and entrepreneurial spirit;
• strategic thinking, ability to analyze and synthesize;
• ability to take decisions and assume responsibilities;
• ability to build successful teams, teamwork ability, ability to work with people;
• capacity to set and evaluate objectives (KPIs and/or performance/development indicators);
• PC operation: good knowledge of MS Office package;
• integrity and ethics;
• positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance, ambition, and optimism;
• category B driving license represents an advantage.
