Manager - US Accounting (CA/CPA)

The Offshore CAS Manager is responsible for leading the offshore CAS function and ensuring high quality delivery, strong team performance, and seamless integration with U.S.-based CAS leadership. Responsibilities: This role sits above the offshore Team Leader level and focuses on leadership, governance, quality, capacity management, and strategic execution, while remaining actively involved in client accounting work. This role is intentionally designed with approximately 50% of time dedicated to direct client accounting responsibilities, ensuring that the team's performance and delivery align with the company's overall strategy. Key accountabilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive offshore CAS strategy, aligned with the company's global CAS vision; • Leading and managing the offshore CAS team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement; • Ensuring high-quality delivery of client accounting services, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner; • Collaborating with U.S.-based CAS leadership to ensure seamless integration and alignment of offshore CAS activities; • Developing and managing the offshore CAS budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes as needed, and monitoring their effectiveness; • Maintaining compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring that all offshore CAS activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with a CA/CPA certification, and experience in leading teams or managing large-scale projects.
