Tasks

Your tasks will include:

• Building and further developing dashboards, reports, and live KPIs
• Creating evaluations for business management, operations, finance, controlling, and personnel
• Analyzing object, customer, employee, revenue, cost, and result data
• Developing reports on patient rates, hours, productivity, recalculation, and forecasts
• Supporting customer analyses, margin analyses, and object evaluations
• Combining and preparing data from ERP, time recording, payroll, CRM, and other systems
• Improving data quality and structuring data sources
• Automating recurring reports
• Building early warning indicators for operational and financial deviations
• Closely cooperating with departments to define meaningful key figures
• Translating data into clear recommendations for action

Qualification

• A completed commercial training, business studies or comparable qualification
• Experience in reporting, controlling, business intelligence, data analytics or a similar role
• Very good Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI, JetReport, Tableau or similar reporting and BI tools
• A good understanding of financial key figures, cost accounting, margins, revenue, and operational management
• The ability to combine data from various sources, check it, and prepare it in a clear manner
• Analytical thinking and a good sense for practical questions in everyday business
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision or Business Central, is an advantage
• Experience with databases, SQL or interfaces is a plus, but not a must
• A structured, precise and independent working style
• Communication skills and the ability to explain complex numbers simply
• An interest in data-based steering of a growing medium-sized company
