• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Google Maps);

• Availability for flexible scheduling – sometimes urgent situations arise;
• Capacity to adapt, discipline, and assume responsibility;
• Real involvement in operational development.

What you'll do:

• Plan routes and organize the activity of the drivers' team;
• Communicate efficiently and ensure that things run smoothly;
• Optimize routes and transportation costs;
• Verify necessary documents for routes (authorizations, taxes etc.);
• Maintain quality standards and monitor team performance;
• Monitor consumption and propose solutions for efficiency;
• Promote and implement improvement ideas;
• You'll be directly involved in resolving situations from the office or on-site.
