Manager Transport, Manufacturing & Retail - Bureau de Lille

You join the Lille office of Sia within the Transport, Manufacturing and Retail team of Sia, which covers a wide range of sectors :

• The transport of travelers (airlines and railways, public transportation,…) and more generally the world of travel (tourism, hotels, leisure)
• The transport of goods and other logistics services, B2B and B2C
• Infrastructure for transport
• The industry: aeronautical and railway construction, energy equipment suppliers, automotive, consumer goods, luxury
• Distribution B2C (large distribution and specialized distribution) and B2B

You accompany our clients in responding to the following problems :

• Transformation of organizations : Analysis of organizations, business plan, refactoring of processes - methods - tools
• Regulatory, governance : Adaptation to a new regulatory framework (e.g. liberalization, regulation), risk management and internal control
• Accompaniment of projects : Framing and coordination of project, risk management, deployment, change management
• Marketing and distribution : Launch of new offers, knowledge and recognition of clients, definition of tariff policy and yield management
• Operational strategy : Development of digital activities, distribution strategy, supply chain strategy, SI plans...

In the context of your operational interventions and internal development within the cabinet, you :

• Manage client relationships on existing missions and participate in developing new opportunities
• Sponsor consultants in the context of a mission or project within the cabinet (working group, training...)
• Contribute actively to our publication policy for the Transport, Industry & Distribution practice (article writing, studies, press releases...)
