The transaction services team is looking for a manager who can lead and manage a team of professionals, providing expert advice on financial transactions, corporate finance, and restructuring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing complex financial transactions and projects. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the transaction services business, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.
