Job description
Role Overview The role sits within the Corporate Rewards function and reports into SAVP for Reward Analytics & Reporting by delivering analytical, operational, and advisory reward support. The role is not country-specific and contributes to regional and corporate reward initiatives, while responding to general employee compensation queries and supporting broader HR and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Compensation & Incentives Support Support the Corporate Rewards team in the administration of global total rewards programs, including bonus plans, stock option plans, and other equity-based incentives. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Provide analytical support to inform reward strategy development, including data analysis and insights on compensation trends, market benchmarks, and employee engagement. Collaborate with HR business partners to develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance. Support the design and implementation of new and revised reward programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Respond to general employee compensation queries and provide guidance on reward-related matters. Contribute to broader HR and business decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain knowledge of global total rewards trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Provide expert advice and support to the Corporate Rewards team on reward-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, human resources, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high level of professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of global total rewards trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are desirable but not required.
