Manager Total Reward / Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)

We are looking for a successful company in Frankfurt/Main. Due to organic growth and also through acquisitions, the structures in the Total Reward area will be further developed. We are seeking individuals who conceptualize and implement things with heart and hand!

Tasks

• Development, maintenance, and implementation of compensation strategies and guidelines, including fixed and variable compensation
• Leadership and development of the small team
• Establishment and further development of a job-grading / position evaluation system
• Ensuring compliance with national statutory provisions, collective bargaining agreements, and company agreements
• Ongoing market studies / benchmarking as well as analysis of internal data, gap analyses, trend identification
• Initiating and leading projects, for example, harmonization, introduction, or optimization of C&B systems or tools (e.g. SAP-HCM, SuccessFactors, or other systems)

Qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience and some leadership experience
• Experience with job-grading / position evaluation systems
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements, company agreements, compensation, and bonus models.
• Experience with HR systems / tools: e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel/Power BI, possibly salary benchmarking tools
• Able to integrate and convince stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
