KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute test plans and strategies for multiple projects simultaneously. Lead a team of Test Engineers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans align with project goals. Identify and prioritize testing needs based on project requirements. Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the required standards. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with other departments to drive business outcomes. Provide input on strategic planning and goal setting. Identify and mitigate risks. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to perform their duties effectively. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in Test Engineering or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading teams and projects. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or other relevant frameworks are advantageous.
