Tasks:

  • Management and monitoring of orders, from order to delivery, with a focus on inventory optimization
  • First point of contact for suppliers regarding correction and preventive measures for delayed deliveries
  • Participation in supply chain projects in direct exchange with interfaces and suppliers
  • Safeguarding the information flow between suppliers and production
  • Working in a multicultural environment with a focus on seat systems
  • Insight into various manufacturing technologies and their impact on logistics processes
  • Maintenance and expansion of supplier relationships at the operational level

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in the field of business administration, economics or supply chain/logistics
  • Multiple years of professional experience in the fields of disposition/material procurement, warehouse logistics, line side support, supply chain/logistics and strategic and operational procurement
  • Experience in the Airbus environment is advantageous
  • Fundamental knowledge of SAP and secure handling of Google Workspace
  • Fluent English (at least C1) – French language skills are an advantage
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is required
