RPO Recruitment’s Client is urgently seeking the expertise of an Manager Technical Services in the Northern Cape. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence by overseeing the implementation of change programs and corrective measures that align with strategic business goals. The role is responsible for leveraging business intelligence and trend analysis to inform decision-making and proactively identify improvement opportunities. It includes the implementation of an operations efficiency program, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Manager Technical Services will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including mining operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. The role requires a strong understanding of mining operations, technical services, and business operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving processes. The role is a critical component of the Client’s operations and requires a high level of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. The Manager Technical Services will be responsible for managing a team of technical services professionals and will be expected to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. The role is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be required to work in the Northern Cape.
