Manager - Technical (Security/ CCTV)

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the technical aspects of security system projects, specifically CCTV systems. Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized solutions. Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal locations for CCTV cameras and equipment. Design and develop CCTV system architectures and infrastructures. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Develop and implement technical strategies and plans to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of CCTV systems. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Identify and address technical issues and concerns in a timely manner. Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and outcomes. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all technical activities and projects.
