We are looking for a Manager (m/f/d) in the field of Supply Chain Planning from the consulting business.

What awaits you

• The opportunity to actively and sustainably shape the future of global market leaders in diverse and challenging projects

• Process consulting in the areas of Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Manufacturing, with a focus on the tactical planning level to support strategy implementation

• Independent execution of SCM projects at large national and international industrial companies

• Conception and design of efficient processes, organizational & governance structures, and key performance indicator systems for the realization of integrated business planning

• Implementation and technical realization of results along the entire supply chain together with technology experts

• Conducting workshops and training

What we are looking for

• First-class university degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics,

• (Business) Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable qualification

• At least five years of experience as a consultant in the field of Supply Chain Planning

• Experience in the execution of SCM projects

• Creativity in developing customer-specific solution approaches

• Experience in the application of process management methods, such as Lean / Six Sigma, Kaizen, Process Modeling, Organizational Development, and Change Management

• Interest in innovative topics as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with new solutions

• The ability to integratively combine process understanding and IT innovations/technologies in a customer-effective and future-oriented manner

• Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of abstraction ability

• Willingness to travel, including for occasional assignments abroad

• Very good German and English language skills
