About Us:

Our team supports companies across industries in measurably increasing their Supply Chain Performance – from strategic alignment to operational implementation. By combining data-based analyses with sound management consulting, we identify performance-relevant levers along the entire value chain and successfully implement sustainable improvements end-to-end. 

Your Tasks:

• Lead strategic and complex consulting projects – from Strategy to Execution – including team leadership and structured management of relevant stakeholders

• Analyze Supply Chain Performance, identify impactful levers, and develop actionable solutions and roadmaps with clearly quantified impact

• Design and implement customer-specific optimization initiatives (e.g., inventory reduction, S&OP and S&OE Excellence, and cost reduction initiatives) that achieve both short-term efficiency gains and sustainable performance improvements

• Create well-founded business cases that transparently quantify improvement measures based on their effects (e.g., EBIT, costs, working capital, revenue)

• Actively participate in business development – through thought leadership and proposal creation, as well as active shaping of our service portfolio (assets/methods)

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Management

• Experience in strategy or management consulting is an advantage

• Experience in leading and executing SCM projects (strategy, operations, and technology; cross-functional with interfaces to procurement, planning, production, logistics, sales, finance)

• Excellent analytical skills, high ability to abstract, and the capacity to translate complex data into clear, financial management insights

• Confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels

• Energy, team spirit, results orientation, and the will to achieve visible impact together

• Willingness to travel, including occasional assignments abroad

• Proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken
