Manager

We are seeking an experienced and governance-focused Sr manager/Manger – Accounts to lead the accounting function of a listed manufacturing organization. The role carries end-to-end responsibility for accounting operations, supervision of Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger Accounting, statutory and internal audits, regulatory compliance, and strengthening of financial controls. The incumbent will ensure timely and accurate financial closures. About the Role The role carries end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of accounting, including but not limited to: • Financial reporting and analysis • Budgeting and forecasting • Accounts payable and accounts receivable management • General ledger maintenance and reconciliation • Statutory and internal audits • Regulatory compliance and financial controls • Strengthening of financial processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience in managing accounting operations, and excellent communication skills.
