VOTUM NETWORK SPÓŁKA AKCYJNAVotum Network S.A. belongs to the Votum Capital Group – one of the most recognizable organizations in Poland specializing in pursuing claims and protecting clients' rights.
We are developing a nationwide sales network, carrying out projects with enormous market potential. We operate in areas where the clients' needs are real, massive, and long-term.
● Transmission easement – we help property owners obtain due remuneration for transmission devices located on their land.
Market scale: the problem can affect up to 20 million plots in Poland on which transmission devices are located or run overhead: power lines, gas pipelines, water pipelines, sewage systems, heating networks, or telecommunication networks.
● Supporting benefits – we help eligible individuals obtain their due benefits and guide them through the entire process.
Market scale: in Poland, there are nearly 4 million people with a valid disability certificate. This is a huge group of individuals and families who may require support in analyzing their entitlements, preparing documents, and navigating the procedure.
● Mining damages – we support clients in obtaining compensation for damages caused by mining activities.
Market scale: the project can cover up to 400,000 houses and properties located in areas affected by mining operations. These are owners of buildings, plots, farms, and premises who often deal with cracked walls, foundation damage, ground subsidence, or loss of property value.
● Post-accident compensation – we help accident victims and their families effectively pursue their due benefits.
Market scale: thousands of road accidents and tens of thousands of workplace accidents occur in Poland every year. In 2025, 20,925 road accidents were recorded. This shows that the compensation market is stable, recurring, and constantly requires professional support.
● Noise-related claims – we represent clients seeking compensation for excessive noise.
Market scale: the problem affects residents of areas located near roads, railway lines, airports, and industrial plants. In large cities alone, we are talking about hundreds of thousands of people exposed to noise exceeding permissible standards.
We do not build sales on a single product. We are building a nationwide network that can serve clients in many areas: real estate, benefits, damages, noise, accidents, and compensation claims.
We operate based on proven solutions, a strong brand, and the support of experts from various fields.
