The company is undergoing a comprehensive global S/4HANA transformation. In this role, you will take on a central function at the interface between Procurement, Business, and IT.

Tasks

You will connect business processes, SAP, and international transformation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for the further development and stable operation of SAP S2P / MM solutions in procurement and inventory management
• Conception, implementation, and control of SAP MM projects and international rollouts
• Analysis of business requirements and their translation into sustainable SAP solutions
• Creation of functional specifications and support of implementation
• Taking on partial project management within the global S/4HANA transformation
• Management of external service providers and coordination of international project teams
• Further development of interfaces to adjacent SAP modules and third-party systems
• Ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support as well as continuous optimization of existing processes
• Knowledge transfer to key users and conducting training sessions

Qualifications

What should you bring?

We are not looking for a person who can merely tick off a long list of requirements.

It is crucial that you understand SAP and, at the same time, understand the underlying business processes.

Ideally, you bring:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in SAP MM / Source-to-Pay, ideally with a focus on procurement and inventory management
• Experience in the implementation of SAP projects and international rollouts
• Good knowledge of adjacent SAP modules such as FI, SD, PP, or QM
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or an S/4HANA transformation is an advantage
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, independent way of working as well as the ability to confidently coordinate internal and external partners
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
