tendersglobal.net Key Responsibilities Function as part of the Resource Planning and Management (RPM) Team to support the division’s activities and meet the division’s planning and administrative needs. Strengthen software management processes to ensure the requests for new and/or renewal programme software are promptly processed and tabled at SIT-level Committee for approval. Facilitate the management of software maintenance contracts with users, Legal, Finance and/ or vendors, including monitoring and reporting on contract performance. Ensure compliance with divisional policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and regulations. Provide guidance and support to programme managers and other stakeholders on software-related matters. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
