Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying innovative solutions using Workday technology. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs. • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for software engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and calculated risk-taking, encouraging team members to think creatively and push boundaries. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical peers. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday technology advancements and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years of leadership experience. • Strong understanding of Workday technology and its applications. • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
