To do so, you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of the business requirements to ensure successful project delivery. What you will bring A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in software and application management. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in vendor management. Experience in budget management. Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of software and application solutions. Manage and mentor a team of software and application professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage and monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Evaluate and recommend software and application solutions to meet business needs. Ensure software and application solutions adhere to industry best practices and security standards. Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful project delivery. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Develop and maintain documentation for software and application solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software and application performance.
