Job Description: Hotel Manager - Sky Blue Hotel & Spa

Organizes and coordinates hotel activities to ensure the quality of accommodation services, guest satisfaction, smooth team operation, and efficient resource utilization, in order to achieve the objectives approved by management.

Coordinates reception, reservations, housekeeping, and other activities established by the organizational chart. Collaborates with the technical, financial, human resources, sales, and marketing departments, as well as with the restaurant, spa, and events managers for services associated with accommodation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solid knowledge of Opera.
• Relevant studies and training for managing hotel activities;
• Experience in hotel operations and team coordination; knowledge of hotel management software, online booking, and reporting tools
• Development and implementation of strategies to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Team management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of employees.
• Budget and expense monitoring to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.
• Collaboration with marketing and sales departments to promote the services of the hotel and spa.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel management
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Solid knowledge of hospitality industry trends and quality standards.
• University degree in hotel management, tourism, or a similar field.
