Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing site operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results through data-driven insights • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction • Managing budgets and financial performance to achieve desired outcomes • Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
