Manager, Signal, Communication & Control Engineering
Job description
Job description: Job Purpose The Manager, Communication System Engineering, is to provide leadership and management to his team. The team is expected to provide engineering solutions to reliability problems affecting Communication system and their associated equipment. He will be required to coach and guide the team in defect troubleshooting, failure analysis, reliability trending, and develop engineering solutions to the problems identified; ensuring that each system and sub-system is performing within acceptable limits. In addition, he will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The Manager, Communication System Engineering, will also be expected to collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts.
