Manager – Creative Services

Lead the operation of the Creative Services area, coordinating the team responsible for the development of audiovisual and graphic materials for the various FOX areas. You will be responsible for managing the team's resources, ensuring the correct execution of projects, and guaranteeing high-quality deliverables, aligned with brand standards and established timelines.

Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate the team of editors and creatives in the area.

* Assign projects and manage the team's workloads.

* Supervise the creative and technical quality of all materials produced.

* Coordinate with the Production, Marketing, Programming, Commercial, and other internal client areas to ensure compliance with requirements.

* Establish production priorities according to business needs.

* Supervise adherence to delivery schedules and optimize workflows.

* Implement improvements in production processes, methodologies, and tools.

* Monitor team performance through continuous feedback.

* Promote innovation through the adoption of new technologies and Artificial Intelligence applied to audiovisual production.

Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of experience leading creative or post-production teams.

* Experience in television, media, streaming, or creative agencies.

* Solid knowledge of audiovisual production and post-production.

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
