To further develop our company's success story, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced manager to lead our service processes and systems for elevator installations. As the new manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our service processes and systems, ensuring that they align with our company's goals and values. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; • Analyzing and evaluating existing processes and identifying areas for improvement; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of service processes; • Providing training and support to our team members; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards; • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business administration); • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field; • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing service processes and systems; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
