Manager Service/Inchiriere scutere.

We are looking for a Manager Garaj Scutere who will be responsible for the garage in Bucharest, organizing scooters, mechanics, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

The role is a practical and operational one, with direct responsibility for order, efficiency, and quality of services from the garage, as well as operational relationships with clients.

• Organizing the garage and mechanic activity
• Evidence of scooters and organizing maintenance interventions
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the garage (weekly verification)
• Commanding parts and consumables for the Bucharest garage
• Correctly updating data in the system
• Allocating and exchanging scooters for couriers
• Handing over scooters to new couriers
• Managing the process of handing over-scooter handover to clients
• Maintaining operational relationships with clients and resolving current situations
• Following up on scooters raised from the street and repairs
• Picking up reported problems by couriers and transmitting them to service
• Collaborating with clients for operational situation resolution
• Organizing scooter documents (files, copies of acts)
• Recording part invoices in the platform
• Creating simple reports and records, upon request

• Ability to work with evidence and digital systems
• Experience in garage/service/fleet (advantage)
