Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – HR Business Partner Department: Human Resources Location: Kanpur Role Overview The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The role involves driving talent management, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development to support business growth and operational excellence. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. • Collaborating with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them. • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. • Conducting organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and developing recommendations for change. • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including recruitment, retention, and employee development. • Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will have: • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with HR systems and technology.
