Manager/ Senior Manager - Compliance

As Manager/ Senior Manager - Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of Mudrex's products and services with relevant regulations and laws. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure compliance, conducting regular audits and risk assessments, and providing training and guidance to team members on compliance matters. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws. • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues. • Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance matters. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business. • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and adapt policies and procedures accordingly. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, finance, or business). • 5+ years of experience in compliance or a related field. • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and laws (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
