This includes mergers and acquisitions, divestments, restructuring, and capital raisings. Our team of experienced professionals works closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provides tailored advice and support to help them achieve their objectives. We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager / Associate Director to join our Deal Advisory team and contribute to the success of our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in transaction services, with experience in advising clients on their most complex and strategic transactions. They will also have a strong understanding of the New Zealand market and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and providing tailored advice and support to help them achieve their objectives. This will include developing and implementing transaction strategies, conducting due diligence, and negotiating and documenting transaction agreements. The successful candidate will also have the ability to lead and manage a team of professionals, and to contribute to the development of the Deal Advisory practice.
