The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a versatile Senior Full-Stack & Growth Lead Engineer who seamlessly combines high-performance software architecture with SEO engineering and conversion optimization. You will be responsible for building and scaling a global network of multilingual web platforms, transitioning from legacy systems to modern Headless architectures, and ensuring maximum visibility in both Google and new AI-powered search engines (GEO / AI-Search).

Job Description

Architecture & Development:
You will design and build high-speed web platforms from scratch, using a modern stack (React, Node.js, Next.js, Strapi) while maintaining/migrating existing systems built on PHP / Laravel / MySQL.
Headless Migration: You will lead the transition from monolithic architectures (PHP/MySQL) to a modular Headless CMS ecosystem

Technical SEO & AI-Search (GEO): You will implement the full technical SEO stack (JSON-LD, structured data, semantic metadata, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals) and structure data so that content is natively optimized for Google and AI-Search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).

Lead Generation & Security: You will develop lead generation workflows with server-side validation, integration with email marketing and spam prevention systems, while ensuring GDPR compliance.
