We are recruiting for

our Client, specializing in comprehensive supply chain management.

Your responsibilities include

• Managing the work of the maritime freight forwarding team and organizing and coordinating daily operational activities
• Planning, organizing, and supervising the execution of maritime transports
• Actively acquiring new clients and developing long-term business relationships
• Acquiring and developing cooperation with carriers and logistics partners
• Negotiating terms of cooperation with clients and subcontractors
• Optimizing transport costs and seeking solutions to increase process efficiency
• Monitoring the quality of services provided and ensuring a high standard of customer service

Our requirements

• Higher education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maritime freight forwarding
• Experience in sales departments
• Experience in team management
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
• Very good knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level
• Highly developed organizational skills, independence, and an entrepreneurial approach to tasks performed
• Focus on goal achievement, responsibility, and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of other foreign languages
