Security Manager

 
Your new role:
Performing activities related to risk management and countermeasures regarding security and safety at Petromidia Refinery, with the aim of ensuring compliance with legal provisions in force. 

Activities that will help you shine:
• Leading the security structure of Petromidia Refinery in achieving current tasks and attributions and for fulfilling objectives:
  - Responsibility to perform specific analyses in the field of security for a facility, location, transportation route, technological process, event or other established objectives;
  - Performing periodic risk analysis and proposing projects on short, medium and long-term for the area where Petromidia Refinery operates, regarding criminality level, terrorism, workplace delinquency, natural and artificial disaster threats;
  - Responsibility to plan, develop and implement security plans such as: confidential information leakage prevention plan, physical protection plan, emergency situation plans, operational security procedures, etc;  
  - Leading internal administrative research in the field of security and supporting authorized personnel in investigating security incidents within the scope of assigned mandate and legal competencies;
• Controlling and verifying execution of security services, reporting results to the direct supervisor in a timely manner;
• Organizing and conducting training and preventive education for personnel on the line of security activity;
• Ensuring management of operations/installation, operation and maintenance of electronic security systems and managing related databases on Petromidia Refinery territory, with the aim of reducing risks/losses due to theft or unauthorized access.

Fuel needed to move forward with us:
• Higher education in military, law or private security domain;
• Experience on a similar or equivalent position: 3-5 years;
• Authorizations/certifications: Security Manager;
• Foreign languages: English – advanced level; 
• Computer operation: MS Office – advanced level.
