Role _The Manager, Revenue Optimization & Analytics will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and profitability for Mastercard's Network Services business. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize revenue streams, improve pricing strategies, and enhance overall financial performance. Responsibilities: * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to revenue generation, pricing, and profitability. * Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, assess pricing impacts, and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue optimization initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Finance, to gather data, share insights, and implement revenue-enhancing strategies. * Conduct pricing analysis to optimize pricing structures, identify opportunities for price adjustments, and improve pricing effectiveness. * Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, pricing, and profitability, and provide regular reporting and analysis. * Identify and implement process improvements to streamline revenue optimization activities and enhance efficiency. * Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities for revenue growth. * Support the development and execution of revenue-generating initiatives, including new product launches, promotions, and strategic partnerships. * Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and reports to senior management. All About You: * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. * Master's degree preferred. * 5+ years of experience in revenue optimization, pricing, or financial analysis. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights. * Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. * Experience with pricing strategies and analysis. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Experience with SQL and/or other data query languages. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
