Your responsibilities

Development of a nationwide life sales network and substantive support for partners:

transferring knowledge in the area of life insurance, assisting in onboarding new individuals

and substantively supporting agents in closing sales processes.

Flexible Network Management (Online + Field): You are responsible for business efficiency. Many

processes and implementations can be carried out efficiently in an online format. You independently decide

when a given matter requires your personal travel to the partner in the field.

Recruitment Cooperation: Close cooperation with the HR department in the substantive "closing"

of recruitment processes for new individuals for your network.

Our requirements

Experience in Life Insurance: You possess substantive knowledge in this area. You must be an authority for your people, capable of translating product complexities into effective sales.

Experience in Building Structures or B2B Sales: We are looking for a person with sales experience

who can attract people, motivate them, and teach them.

Natural Relationality and Openness: You easily establish contact and enjoy sharing knowledge. The development of your people is a source of satisfaction for you.

Modern Approach and Excellent Work Organization: You can efficiently and independently combine

field activities with frequent meetings and online implementations.

Recruitment Process Stages

1. Preliminary interview regarding mutual expectations, your experience, and availability.

2. Online meeting, during which we will discuss the specifics of your daily work in detail.

3. Final online meeting dedicated to precisely discussing financial conditions,

commission structures, and benefits.

4. Signing the contract and starting together.
