Regional Manager

Our company is looking for a Regional Manager to coordinate and develop operational activity in the allocated area. We are looking for an organized person, results-oriented and with solid skills in coordinating teams and operational partners.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing operational activities in the allocated area;
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and employees involved in operational activities;
• Monitoring the performance of teams and performance indicators (KPI);
• Evaluating and negotiating rates for subcontractor services;
• Ensuring compliance with operational procedures and company standards;
• Identifying and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency;
• Organizing and supporting operational trainings for subcontractors and employees;
• Managing operational requests and maintaining effective communication with partners, suppliers and internal departments;
• Monitoring the activity of warehouses, hubs and routes in the coordinated area;
• Preparing periodic reports on activity and operational performance;
• Collaborating with internal departments to achieve the operational and commercial objectives of the company.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in courier or distribution, with previous experience in a management role – is an advantage;
• Negotiation, presentation and relationship skills;
• The ability to communicate and relate easily with suppliers, partners, colleagues;
• The ability to lead, train and inspire teams;
• Driving license category B (availability for travel);
• Completed higher education;
• PC operating skills (Office package);
• English language skills, intermediate level;
• Work environment – field and office.
