REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

DVR Pharm Group is in full process of development and expansion, so we are looking for the right colleague for the mission of Regional Development Manager. It would be preferable if you have availability for travel and live in Cluj, Sibiu, Brasov, or Timisoara. REQUIREMENTS: Completed university studies (medical or pharmaceutical field, preferably); PC operation skills; Experience in sales and medical promotion; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Knowledge, skills, and competencies in Leadership; Orientation towards achieving objectives and Company development; Organizational spirit and proactivity; Availability for domestic travel; Category B driving license; RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and is responsible for fulfilling the promotion - development plan; Sets sales and promotion objectives and verifies their fulfillment; Coordinates, controls, evaluates, and makes decisions regarding the sales team; Maintains relationships with key collaborators; Identifies opportunities and proposes development plans; Prepares and conducts promotion and professional training sessions; Collaborates with the Marketing department for the development and implementation of promotion - development materials and events; OFFER (bonuses, benefits): Salary package starting from the range of EUR + performance and quarterly bonuses; Opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding company; Possibilities for professional and personal growth; Car (Audi), laptop, tablet, mobile phone; COMPANY DESCRIPTION: DVR Pharm is a group of companies, in full expansion, with young and dynamic teams.
