Courier Operations Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced Courier Operations Regional Manager with experience in coordinating courier, transport, and distribution operations, to join our team and contribute directly to the development and efficiency of operations in the allocated region.

This is a role with real operational responsibility, in which you will coordinate people, volumes, capacity, and partners, and you will play an important role in achieving performance, quality, and cost objectives.
We are looking for a person with analytical thinking, a practical spirit, and a strong results orientation, capable of quickly understanding operational problems, making decisions, and transforming data analysis into concrete actions.

What you will do

• You will coordinate courier operations in the allocated region, ensuring compliance with the delivery plan and quality standards, and you will intervene directly in complex operational situations;
• You will lead and develop subordinate teams, setting clear priorities and constantly monitoring performance levels;
• You will plan operational capacity – personnel, vehicles, and collaborators – according to volumes and seasonality;
• You will analyze operational indicators (KPIs), identify the causes of deviations, and implement measures that increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience;
• You will manage operational relationships with partners and collaborators in the region and monitor their performance;
• You will ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements, and you will collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and implement development projects.

What we expect from you

• University degree;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating courier, transport, distribution, or logistics operations;
• Experience in coordinating extensive operational teams, including external collaborators;
• Experience in monitoring and improving operational KPIs;
• Very good data analysis skills and ability to identify the causes of operational problems;
• Leadership, results orientation, and the ability to make quick decisions in situations with high operational pressure;
• Organizational, prioritization, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and openness to using operational management IT systems;
• Availability for travel within the allocated region.
