Vela Group is a financial consulting company in full expansion, with the mission of offering clients financial solutions adapted to their needs. We are currently developing our department of credit brokers, which has the role of assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans, personal loans, leasing, and other financing products. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the field of lending, who can value credit files and coordinate teams of brokers in cities such as Timișoara, Brașov, and Iași.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordination and supervision of the team of credit brokers (mortgage loans, personal loans, leasing, etc.).
• Monitoring progress and optimizing work processes for maximum efficiency.
• Ensuring that each client receives guidance through broker guidance in managing each file correctly.
• Monitoring team performance and implementing KPIs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and optimizing workflow.
• Involvement in recruiting, training, and continuous development of team members.
• Ensuring compliance with internal/external norms and procedures.
• Reporting to management on team results and proposing growth measures.

Requirements

• in bank (credit officer, team manager, analyst, branch director, etc.), or
• in credit brokerage.

1. In-depth knowledge of the lending process: mortgage loans, personal loans, auto loans, leasing.
2. Prior experience in coordinating a team.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
4. Able to work with objectives and KPIs.
5. Oriented towards results and client satisfaction.
6. Paying attention to details, responsibility, and ability to make quick and efficient decisions.
