Aufgaben

You support the management and financial management in the financial and operational control of the clinic. This includes especially:

• Building, developing, and maintaining meaningful financial, controlling, and steering instruments
• Analysis of revenues, costs, services, capacity utilization, productivity, and other relevant KPIs for the clinic
• Preparation of reports, evaluations, decision-making bases, and presentations for management and management
• Participation in budgeting, forecasting, monthly analysis, and deviation analysis
• Identification of economic fields of action and derivation of concrete measures
• Support in projects to develop processes, structures, systems, and steering logics
• Closely cooperating with internal departments and external partners

Qualifikation

You are particularly well-suited to us if you are analytically strong, willing to take responsibility, and enjoy getting involved in complex financial and operational issues.

We would like especially:

• A completed degree in economics, health economics, finance, controlling, management, or a comparable qualification
• First relevant work experience in controlling, finance, consulting, transaction/project business, or an analytical management function
• Very good Excel skills and a secure handling of common software and reporting solutions
• A high level of numerical understanding and the ability to derive concrete conclusions from data
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as clear and binding communication
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• A high willingness to learn, self-motivation, and interest in further developing oneself professionally and personally
• Interest in the healthcare sector and in economically controlling a clinic

Experience in hospital or healthcare is advantageous but not a prerequisite. What matters most are analytical strength, learning ability, willingness to take responsibility, and the desire to become involved in long-term clinic management.
